After the Storm

Image result for hurricane hermine

I hope everyone stayed dry and safe these past few days.  Time to get the students back into routines after this break.  Hopefully the rains have passed and we can get back to using the FLC.

Thursday will be the first band lesson.  I will get the schedule out on Tuesday.  Please be sure your students arrive on time.  Lessons will take place in the multi-purpose room.

Schools Staff Page - Mark Majeski

He's baaaack!  It's happening this Friday.  A blast from the not too distant past.  Our esteemed Associate Superintendent will visit us at 10 a.m. on Friday to see all our smiling faces and our school filled with love!  I know Mark will be excited to hear the students talk about the things they have been learning.

September will be a busy month.  Some things to look forward to:
  • Sept. 19-23  -  Week of Christian Service (Thank you Julianne for putting together the activities)
  • Sept. 26-30  -  Book Fair (I think Heidi and Gina have convinced me to be tarred and feathered.. Ugh!  But they promise whipped cream!!)
  • Sept. 30  -  Grandparent's Day  (Starts with Mass in the FLC and ends with noon dismissal)
  • Sept. 30  -  Parent Conferences  (Time to get out your sign-ups for parents.  Meet with parents of students you already have concerns about.  Continue with conferences throughout October.
Have a great week everyone!

School's Out For Summer!

These will be the words I will be singing down the hall on Friday.  While it's been a great school year in many ways, I will not be sad...
